Before attempting to fill the Online Application Form, please have the following items ready: 

• Working Email ID 
• Online payment option (List of options given on the next page) 
• Scanned Soft Copy of Passport Size Photograph- Student* 
• Scanned Soft Copy of Passport Size Photograph- Parents/Guardian* 
• Scanned Soft Copy of any of the following as a proof of Date of Birth** 
• Aadhar Card 
• Passport 
• Date of Birth Certificate issued by the concerned Municipal Authority 

                *Acceptable file format: .jpeg / .jpg /.png (Max Upload Limit is 6MB) 

             **Acceptable file format: pdf (Max Upload Limit is 6MB)
