The Blossom School, which was earlier knows as Blossom Play School, is in its fourteenth year.
The school is being run under the aegis of the Murtazai Begam Memorial Educational and Social Welfare Trust (Regd.). It is CBSE recognized, minority, English medium, co-educational, Higher Secondary School (i.e up to Class X). School such as BLOSSOMS are a child’s first exposure to the environment outside her or his home. These schools provide the foundation on which the little one builds her or his value system. The basic purpose of primary education, therefore, is, or should be, to put this foundation on a firm footing.
Complete education, as we see it, should seek to straddle the world of books and the much larger world beyond books. The world of books text books, to be precise is concerned with course curriculum. The world beyond books has to do with character building, inculcation of values of honesty and integrity, sensitivity of gender issues, love of nature, concern for the environment and nurturing leadership qualities in children. At BLOSSOMS, the attempt to straddle these worlds is an every day affair.
Children at BLOSSOMS learn to distinguish between right and wrong, to do what is right and to stand up for it. They also learn to be accommodative of differences, be they of opinions or cultures or beliefs. In the years gone by we, at THE BLOSSOMS SCHOOL, have learnt even as we have facilitated the learning process for children. These years have reinforced our belief that

The curriculum at THE BLOSSOMS SCHOOL has been designed to provide an enabling environment for children to reach their full potential in all areas of life.
