The students, educators and staff of The Blossoms School began the Morning Assembly on Friday, February 15, 2019 by observing a two-minute silence as a mark of respect to the CRPF jawans who were martyred in the dastardly terror attack at Pulwama, in Jammu and Kashmir, the previous day. The prayers were led by the Principal, Mrs. Saman Sherwani.
The Blossoms School pays humble tribute to the martyred brave soldiers of CRPF and offers its deepest condolences to their family members.

Children usually learn about colours during their preschool years. The ability to learn colours is considered a marker and milestone in a child’s cognitive process and often a part of yearly screening for development and educational admittance. Recognising the colours and identifying the colour names is an important part of a child’s development. Early identification of colours helps to create the cognitive link between visual clues and words. Keeping this in mind.
Blossoms’ pre-schoolers work extensively with one particular colour which is ear-marked for that particular month. They do lot of fun activities such as worksheets, colour related games, craft work etc., with that one colour over the entire month.
This is then capped by observing a colour day at the end of the month where all the children come dressed in clothes of the “Colour of the Month”. The aim of the colour day is to visually reinforce the colour in their cognitive domain. We celebrate 10 colours over the course of an Academic Year (April to March).
A group photograph, for which your ward should come in proper winter uniform,will be taken on the dates mentioned below:-

- Please make sure that your child is not absent on the specified dates.
Those students who have to be administered the MR vaccine on Monday, 11.2.2019, should come to the school with their parents at any time between 9 am to 4 pm. They should ensure that they eat something before coming. They will be guided to the room where the vaccine is to be administered. They have to wait back in the school for half an hour after the vaccination.
The students to whom the vaccine was administered in the school in Round 1 must bring their vaccination card with them.
We have been informed today by the office of the CMO, Aligarh, that those children who did not get the MR Vaccine in the first round of vaccination in the school on November 29, 2018, will be vaccinated in the school on Monday, February 11, 2019.
The children who have already been vaccinated must carry their vaccination card with them to school. There will be regular school for these children on that day.
The children who were not vaccinated have to come to school with their parents and go back with them. The reporting time for such students will be notified very shortly.

- NOTE: All Saturdays will be working for all classes till the end of this academic session (2018-19).

As per the orders of the District Magistrate, Aligarh, the school will remain closed for all Classes from Nursery to Class VIII from 04/02/2019(Monday) to 06/02/2019(Wednesday).
- The school timings for Class IX and X will remain from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
The Final Computer Practical Examination for Class X will be held on Thursday, February 7, 2019, during the school hours. The syllabus has already been notified to the students.
Note:The Periodic Test 3 of Computer Science will be held on Tuesday, February 5, 2019.
