Brief History

The Blossoms School was established in 2001 as an English medium co-educational school. In its initial years, the school was named Blossoms Play School. Subsequently, as it became a junior school, it changed its name to The Blossoms School and shifted to its present location at Muzammil Manzil, in the heart of Civil Lines in the vicinity of the Aligarh Muslim University campus.

Since 2007, the school has been working under the aegis of the Murtazai Begam Memorial Educational Welfare Trust. The school has gone up one class at a time. In December 2012, the school was declared a Minority Institution by the National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions, Government of India, New Delhi. It is now a secondary school recognized by the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi.

In the short span of time that it has been in existence, The Blossoms School- with its underpinning philosophy of engaging and nurturing happy, well groomed and well rounded children- has carved a niche for itself as a name to be reckoned with in the school education firmament of this town.
