MOST URGENT/IMMEDIATE. — SUBJECT: MYLYCEE REGISTRATION.

Dear Parents,

As salaam alaikum!

With regard to the above referred subject I would like to draw your kind attention to the messages sent on Tuesday January 7, 2020 and again on Wednesday January 22, 2020.
It had been indicated in the first of these messages that with effect from February 1, 2020 all communication with the parents will be done online through the MyLycee portal. So beginning next week we will begin sending all messages and alerts on this portal. Not only this parents will be able to see their child’s Report Card only online. There will be no physical copy of any Report Card from now on. Third, with effect from the coming Academic Year we will accept the fee online only and not by cash (which we are already not accepting) or by cheque. Fourth we will also switch gradually to informing about the assigned Home Work only on the MyLycee portal and it will not be written in the students’ diaries. We will try to ensure a complete switch over with regard to Homework either by the beginning of the next Academic Year, i.e., April 2020 or latest by July, 2020, i.e., after the summer vacation.

Please understand and appreciate that we are doing all of this at no extra cost to you so that you are better able to oversee the progress of your ward on an everyday basis, without having to physically come to the school and to also pay the fee and other dues from the comfort of your home.

We have decided to have an overlap of ten days in which we will send Notices and Alerts both via WhatsApp and on the MyLycee portal. After February 10, 2020 all communication through the WhatsApp mode will come to an end. Of course, the Notices and Alerts will continue to be posted on the school’s website.
I would like parents to know that as of Friday, January 31, 2020, 40% of you have registered yourselves on the MyLycee portal. (It is also very heartening that an ever increasing number of parents are now paying the fee online.)
For the remaining 60% we will hold MyLycee Registration sessions in school from tomorrow, Monday, February 3, 2020 to Sunday, February 9, 2020. The time and schedule of these sessions is indicated below. Our technical and computer educators team will be there to help you. You should come with the PIN and Password you would have received via an SMS quite some time ago and also with a working email ID. These sessions are mandatory for all unregistered parents including those who do not have or have not received their PIN and password and/or email ID.
The days and time allotted to each Class are as follows:
Monday – Nursery A & B: 4 pm to 4:45 pm; Nursery C & D: 4:45 pm to 5:30 pm
Tuesday – Senior Nursery A & B: 4 pm to 4:45 pm; Senior Nursery C & D: 4:45 pm to 5:30 pm
Wednesday – Prep A & B: 4 pm to 4:45 pm; Prep C & D: 4:45 pm to 5:30 pm
Thursday – Class I A & B: 4 pm to 4:45 pm; Class I C & D 4:45 pm to 5:30 pm.
Friday – Class I E, Class II A & B: 4 pm to 4:45 pm, Class II C, D & E: 4:45 pm to 5:30 pm
Saturday – Class III A & B: 4 pm to 4:45 pm, Class III C & D: 4:45 pm to 5:30 pm.
Sunday
10 am to 10:45 am – Class IV (all sections
10:45 am to 11:45 am – Class V (all sections)
11:45 am to 12:30 pm – Class VI (all sections)
12:30 pm to 1:15 pm – Class VII (all sections) & Class VIII A
1:15 pm to 2:30 pm: Class VIII B & C
2:30 pm to 3:30 pm: Class IX (both Sections)
I would urge parents who have not registered yet to please register from their homes so that they are saved the bother of coming to school.
